Students in 3A love dressing up. Witches, skeletons and vampires tried to scare us.
Skeletons, dinosaurs and horses are just some of the things we saw at the museum. What was your favourite thing at the museum?
Wow! Look how much our garden has grown. We can see tiny peas, apples, herbs and onions.
With lots of tender love and care, the ‘hospital garden’ has come to life.
We think Kathryn might have magic fingers.
On Thursday grades 3A and 5/6C read to each other. Our buddies showed us how to read with expression.
We have been learning about fractions in maths. We used play dough to compare fractions.
3A made a fantastic effort to get dressed as their favourite book character. Well done everyone!
We had Little Red Riding Hood, Where’s Wally, princesses, pirates and many more characters.
The teachers also joined in the fun.
Racing against an Olympic champion was one of the popular activities enjoyed by 3A.
Did anyone get to the top of the rock climbing wall?
The education show about rockets was a blast!
Making sandcastles at Williamstown Beach was a sight to remember.
Nothing can compare to this experience. It’s a shame it was the middle of winter. Otherwise some girls and boys would’ve ‘accidentally’ fallen into the water.
How far will your rocket travel?
We learnt about gravity, forces and air through our balloon rocket experiment.
Parents who participated in the Classroom Helpers Training visited 3A.
They learnt about maths games and joined in the fun with students from 3A.
Some even showed their competitive side.
